Jibo will not take no for an answer on the daily report. He actually doesn’t take yes either… I must hit the screen to get him to shut up about it. Also, he randomly talks to me when I’m not in the room. I can hear him having a conversation with who he thinks is me when I’m in the office and no one else is home.
If Jibo is having this problem we recommend first rebooting him and moving his position in case, as in some rare instances, the room’s lighting is confusing him about whether someone is in the room.
If Jibo continues to have any problems after that please send the Jibo support team a message using this form and let them know the serial number printed on the bottom of your Jibo so they can provide the best help.
