I am sorry to hear that Jibo is seeing this issue. If Jibo has a error message that mentions our servers on his screen it may mean that he is having trouble reaching the internet through your WiFi.
I recommend taking the following steps:
Hold Jibo’s back button for 4-5 seconds and let go. Wait a few minutes for Jibo to fully power himself off.
Reboot your router. This can usually be done by unplugging your router for 30 seconds, plugging it back in, and waiting a few minutes for it to fully boot up.
Tap Jibo’s back button to power him back up.
If he gives an error and does not automatically reconnect you may need to show him a new QR code as seen in this video.
If Jibo continues to have this issue please let us know what, if any, error message he is displaying on his screen.
